1) ALL Orders £45 or over - FREE Delivery.
2) Some products will be free delivering charge. Look product info.
3) Orders up to £50 - First Class, average cost £2 - £4 dependent on product weight.
Delivery in detail...
Standard Delivery UK (default)
First Class, Royal Mail. Normally delivered 1-3 working days.
European Delivery (EU)
Air Mail Signed For. Allow up to 1-7 days for delivery. Postage costs will be clearly displayed on the 'Order Confirmation' page. Postage is calculated on weight (this is a fairer system). Average postage costs are normally £4.00 to £8.00. The exchange rate (GBP to Euros) on the site is updated live on a regular basis.
Free Delivery (UK Only)
Orders qualifying for free delivery will normally be sent by Royal Mail Second Class. (Orders over 2kg will be sent by private courier or Royal Mail Tracked and delivered 1-4 working days). Normally delivered 2-3 working days. All orders are sent free delivery if your order value exceeds £45.00 If required.
What Will it Cost?
All postage charges will be displayed on “order confirmation” page prior to entering your credit card details.
First Class
All postage is calculated on product weight (this is a fairer system) and clearly displayed to the user. Postage for a single small product may cost just £0.65, most of our regular customers find the average cost is just £2.00 to £4.00.
Daily Cut Off Times for deliveries
Monday to Friday we will process and dispatch orders received up to approx 3.30pm. Mail is collected from us every day at this time. Orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Orders not Delivered
Parcels will be returned to your Royal Mail local depot if you are not in to accept the goods. After 2 weeks of non-collection from your local depot they will be returned to us. A card will be left by Royal Mail to say a delivery has been attempted and where to collect the package from. Next day courier will attempt a second and final delivery if the first attempt was unsuccessful. They will then return the goods to us. To have the goods re-dispatched please call 0115-9263535 to arrange for another delivery.
Out of Stock Orders (back orders)
Approx 98% of all orders are fulfilled immediately. However, any items on your order that are out of stock will be sent by Royal Mail under seperate cover as soon as they are back in stock, normally 2-3 working days.
Bank/Public Holidays
Please remember to add on a day to your expected delivery time during Bank Holiday periods as we will be closed. Eg: Orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be processed and dispatched until the Tuesday of the same week. A notice will be posted on the site just before the basket page relating to delivery times for extended breaks, eg: Christmas/New Year/Easter etc.
Damaged Orders
All orders leave our premises in perfect condition and are checked by an extra member of staff. However, in the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please accept our apologies and observe the following: Call and inform us of the damage. Send the damaged goods back to us 'Royal Mail Signed For'. On receipt of the damaged items we will re-dispatch new goods.
